A Message from Sarah:

"I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to all who have supported me throughout my journey. Reflecting on my career, I am proud of the milestones we have achieved together, from successfully spearheading key initiatives that brought meaningful change to our county, to the dedication that has allowed me to serve with integrity and commitment.

My experience in leadership roles and my passion for advocacy have always been fueled by a desire to make a tangible difference. Whether it was leading critical projects that improved access to valuable resources or championing causes close to our hearts, each accomplishment has been a step towards building a better future.

As a parent of three children, being principled and engaged in public service means leading by example, showing your children that integrity, empathy, and courage are not just ideals, but daily commitments. It’s about demonstrating that true leadership begins at home, through fairness, compassion, and the willingness to stand up for what’s right, even when it’s hard. Balancing family life with civic responsibility teaches the next generation that genuine leadership doesn’t come from power or position, but from the choices we make to strengthen our communities and uphold the values that unite us. In the end, being both a parent and a public servant is about creating a better future, not only for my children, but for all children.
